We also automatically collect personal information indirectly about how you access and use the website and information about the device you use to access the website.

Recruitment
If you apply for a role at Oxford Science Enterprises or at an Oxford Science Enterprises portfolio company, we may ask you to provide various pieces of personal information including professional and educational history, information about your skills and experience and proof of your right to work. You are not required to provide all requested information, but failure to do so may result in us being unable to proceed with your application for a role.

Sharing your data
We may share your personal data with third party services providers that perform services for us on our behalf including:
– Suppliers of IT services (such as cloud service providers, our website provider)
– Suppliers of Oxford Science Enterprises’s CRM system
– Suppliers of Oxford Science Enterprises’s CV management system
